We didn't have quite enough time for them to get their Eurail passes validated, so we decided to hop on the train and play stupid American and hopefully get through. No go. They got booted. ... messed up. The memorial consisted of a big grey block with a TV screen in the right side. There was a video of many same-sex couples making out with each other. That was the memorial. I'm not homophobic. This just was the weirdest memorial I have EVER seen. This was the pub crawl night I had so been looking forward to. We began in Orienburger, right in the city. We did manage, but the pasta was stuck together and cold.
It tasted ok though, but we decided to have a drink anyway.
We went to a place called the sony centre, which looks so boring during the day but comes to life at night. It was so nice, just to spend time with new nd old friends and just to be in Germany.
