... worried if it stung her it would die. Then we got attacked litlerally by an army of sand flys, so we dived in our tent and they bombarded it, until it sounded like it was raining, but no its just attack of the flys, they were hitting the tent so much to get to our juicy blood. We were held prisoner in our own tent… who is going to need the toilet first!!!??? Dan made a beautiful dinner and flapjack mix with custard… ummm good night

... made a cairn with the flat stones dedicated to morris the mouse...how sad ...

we drove on to Haast visitor centre which had interesting displays showing the history and wildlife..but haast itself was a desserted town with little more than the pub..

we had lunch by the beach... 1st one for days..and then went over the longest single lane bridge in new zealand, over the river haast, and on up to ship creek for a look at ...

... abandonnée à cause du mauvais temps. Et comme en cette fin d'après-midi, le temps est magnifique, ils ont une chance de l'apercevoir. C'est ainsi que Zuwi, au volant de la corolla, s'élance en direction du point d'observation. "Youhouhou!" s'exclame Kako, "elle est là. Regarde Zuwi comme elle est belle!".

Et c'est ainsi que nos petits suisses accomplissent avec succès ...

... wir wieder das Hostel. Rannten geradewegs in die Küche und machten uns ein verspätetes Lunch. Bei mir gab es das neu entworfene Zimt-Brot. Mit Marmelade ist es die perfekte Kombination. Echt lecker.

Danach schnappte ich mir die Postkarten und schrieb gleich alle 5 briefkastenbereit. Schließlich surfte ich noch kurz im Internet und erfuhr, dass der BVB gegen Vizekusen 1:0 gewann. Damit immer noch Tabellenführer vor den Bayern ...

... informierte ich mich über Paragliding und diverse Tracks rund um Wanaka. Das Paragliding war mir aber zu teuer. Das Geld spare ich mir für andere, bessere Aktivitäten, wie den Kepler Track. Nur die 5 Postkarten standen am Ende auf meiner Rechnung. Das sind die bisher schönsten, die ich versenden werde. Seit wieder gespannt wer eine bekommt. Aus Queenstown werde ich die nächsten versenden.
