On the road again to Minnesota. The route we took to join the highway was more scenic: corn, cows and rolling hills, green pastures, well-kept farmhouses and barns - all very picturesque. Now into and most of the way across the narrowest part on Minnesota. Finally got my appetite back today and generally feeling much better. My western Minnesota road choice, described initially as a scenic byway became a busy one with poor shoulders and a crosswind that made riding tricky.
