Our Christmas vacation continues. We continue to have good road conditions, however, the cold prairie winters we remember have descended upon us the last few days. ... I could save room for pie. She said, "Oh, of course. We have five types of pie. You'll need room for one of each." The stuffed hash browns were stuffed with cheese, peppers, onions, ham, and deliciousness! So good, but huge!!!! I only ate half and decided I'd try the coconut cream pie. Again, so tasty!
