    ... Noel ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with some dinner rolls for the table..We had a nice lunch..it was only $30 with tip and taxes..I would eat here again...Maybe but there are too many places to check out if we ever come here again..Address: 119 E Main St Madison, IN 47250

    ... t in the backup described above. Altogether, a 5 hour drive took us 8 .5 hours.
    Then, when we got to the hotel, we noticed that the ice chest was leaking water. Turns out the plug had not been put back in when we emptied out the water this morning. Had to practically unpack the van (not easy, since it was piled full of souvenirs) and put up the seat to dry it out.
    Our worst day by far. But we are dry now, and full from a steak at Texas Roadhouse, so all is good again......

    ... anything remotely interesting to write about every single day which is hilarious to write because we're on a circus and in a new town every day so I'm sure you don't believe me.

    But the best part of today was the pizza party. Mr. North, our owner, treated the entire cast and crew to pizza, drinks and desserts and the Charlestown Pizza Co. closed ...

    ... the most states in one day- 4- Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. To be honest, I wasn't clear on this when we set out, it was the welcome signs and license plates that really told us where we were at any point in the day. You certainly wouldn't know by town names- in Missouri alone we saw towns called Cuba, Miami, and Lebanon (in fact we see a second Lebanon in the afternoon in Indiana).     Took the truck in to have the oil changed and the emergency brake tightened up. Found out it had a rear seal and bearing that had gone bad. Took them 2 1/2 hours to get the bearing off as it had fused itself to the wheel shaft. But persistence paid off and they finally got it fixed. Oil change just cost me $342.00 - but glad I found out about it ...
