    ... feet ahead of us is an extra large bull moose with big horns sauntering across the road. Would you believe that my camera is in the trunk of the car? Anyway, there would not have been time to take the photo – he was out of sight in seconds. But now we can say that after all these years in New Hampshire, we have finally seen a moose! And he is on the screen of our minds!

    Courtesy of Kristen, she and I spent the day in a class at King Arthur Flour about an hour + from Lincoln to learn how to bake 'beautiful baguettes'. What fun and so much to learn (for me!). Had lunch in their cafeteria..yummy soup... Then we shopped a little in their gift shop. Guys were busy too....golfed 18 holes for the day. Came home, picked up some dinner food and made pasta with salad and TONS of baguettes. I think we ate almost all 10 of them in 2 ...
