Yesterday started out badly for me. While doing tear down my chair wheel caught the hose and ripped it and the hookup from the trailer - again! Then, to add insult to injury, my chair got caught in the mud - again! Nita had to haul the handy dandy mats over to get it out.

We spent the morning at the campsite figuring out what type of battery we needed to order and how to change it. I have been super impressed by Chris and everything he has learned about the Westy. Some things are too big and need a mechanic of course but overall he has been great at figuring out and fixing all the little problems. I try to help be his wingman and do some research and bounce ideas around but he has really stepped up to take care of the van. ...
... the 10th floor overlooking the Daytona beach and Joe's pier. It was a spectacular view around us, both beach & street side. We had 2 double beds in a large room. It was still warm, 83* and the sun breaking thru the clouds. We made most of it being dry and went for a walk along the beach towards the pier.
