We almost didn't get on the road this morning - turned the key and the motorhome wouldn't start! Luckily, we got going early enough in the morning that it gave Greg time to figure out that it was the battery, he got it jumped, and we found a new one in Monroe, went over and bought it and installed it, and we were on the road by Noon!
Nothing special at this park, just an overnight stop on our way...
Day 10: 1645 miles
After my lovely stay in Vancouver (thanks again, Eric!), I headed south to Cle Elum, a small town (~2,000 people) west of Ellensburg, to visit my Davis friend, Virginia. She's one of those lovely friends with whom, even if you haven't seen them in ages, you can pick right up where you left off. She lives in a beautiful, light-filled home on 7 acres, right off the Teanaway River, with this heavenly view right outside ...

... to make up any combination if we didn’t see what we wanted. They were delicious and the perfect refreshment for a warm day.
We were both really happy that we had come back to ride the trail, it is lovely and we will probably revisit it whenever we pass through Wenatchee but now it was really time to head home.
... open through Oktoberfest but mentioned that they also book up early in the season so we may not be quite so lucky in the future to find a site on the river.
It was a lovely evening with the sound of the river lulling us to sleep.
