So after a little worrying that nothing would come through....they did. The catalyst being an e-mail via the British Burns Association. Once that was sent out I received a few offers of places to visit; Galveston (Texas) and New York. Phew!

... to say - it was one of the best meals I've had in England so far.

We're slowly getting used to the tradition of having a big meal in the middle of the day and a much smaller meal in the evenings. It makes sense because with all of the walking we've been doing, we can work off the calories of an afternoon meal and not go to bed feeling stuffed.

After our lunch, we took a few pictures of the fields before heading on our way to Chatsworth House.
