... have our ski boots fitted, so tomorrow morning when we are all fresh faced we can get straight onto the slopes to enjoy our first skiing lessons.

Mrs Taylor is looking forward to spending her day in a cafe of drinking copious amounts, non-alcoholic obviously....

The question is, will we all survive, how will Mrs Taylor cope without wine, and sharing a room with Mr Swain will Mr Maggs get a wink of sleep? Don't forget Miss Mullen, she is terrifying before 10 am!

We have had a relaxing time in Newark with the continuation of walking and eating. Luckily Jenni and John have Foxtel so we have been enjoying the tennis, at a more convenient time too, no late nights, just early mornings! ... John's mom, Winnie and his sister Cynthia. Winnie is the daughter of my great grandfather, Thomas and his second wife, Nellie (daughter of one of the Twyning tea people). We had a lovely visit and I learned a little more about my great grandfather. We also went back to John's house for a visit with his wife, Carol and their son, John. John showed me some of the family history info that he's gathered over the years and we had a nice visit.
