    ... are pit toilets or outhouses...no running water. So, bring hand sanitizer with you and always take advantage of washing up when you've got a place with indoor plumbing.

    ... Boy. It was good to have a day of downtime in a comfortable, well-furnished cabin. We drove into town so I
    could upload pics to Facebook and my travel blog. In town Bud bought a beautiful antler knife crafted by local artisans. I found a very nice grocery store and got supplies to make fried chicken, mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole. We simply rested for the evening.
