    Heading North again. From Utica, we cycled to Pulaski, which was about 100km. Very hilly. We are, however, slowly feeling the product of our hard work: sores are not as painful and our legs are getting stronger.     Boats exit the lock when the doors are open and then you wait for a "green" light to enter the lock. All of this process is communicated with the Lockmaster at each lock by communicating on the radio with them.
