... worse than normal) that night with one shoe half off. That night was fun, though: a hiker named Fireman built a fire in the pit right in front of the shelter and everyone gathered around. As everyone went to their tents, the 7 of us in the (6 person) shelter could sit against the back wall and enjoy the fire from our sleeping bags while a light rain fell. It was incredibly pleasant. Although with it being such a warm night it got pretty hot in the shelter, with everyone ...

We left Louisiana and headed towards Nashville where we have stayed before. Weather was decent but the weather all around us is calling for rain, hail, winds, etc., not the things you want to hear when pulling a big rig. The trip up from Louisiana to Tennessee was via the Natchez Trace Trail which is a no commercial vehicles allowed 444 mile parkway from Natchez Mississippi through the corner of Alabama and into Tennessee just south of Nashville, a ...

We would normally have more room but we are taking back suitcases, a ...

Menu Item: Ham & Hash brown Omelet

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...

... little something extra that you're always looking for in every meal. And what looks like a scoop of ice cream on the side (how glorious would that be) turns out to be enough butter to drive a Cadillac through a dog house.

Overall Impression: Most amazing pancakes I've ate in my entire life. Wish I lived closer so I could partake more.
