Tomorrow, early in the morning we leave for a short visit to Rome. We ha've never been in Rome before and I have been in Italy just one time, for work (so never really visited it). Expectations are great, weather forecast is fantastic and we are looking forward to a few days relaxing and enjoying the city of Rome.

... once a convent for nuns and each room was super tiny and 2 stories, a bathroom on the first floor and a bed on the 2nd. Really cool - if you don't have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. We were a short walk from the Old Town and all the sites. My parents were kind of jet lagged, so we had an early night and got up Saturday ready to sight see.

On our last day we checked out of the hotel (after a completely SNORE-free night!) and hauled our bags down to the train station, but left them in a locker.
