      ... we realised they don't open until 4. So we drove back towards downtown and decided to have lunch at Portland's famous food carts, Will had Mexican and I had Thai. It was yummy, but I wish I had gone with Mexican. Wills was delicious. Once finished there we left and headed further down SW 3rd avenue towards another famous Portland eatery Voodoo Doughnuts.       ... coincidence, the town we had stopped in for a cup of tea a few miles down the road was called Elkton - wonder where the name came from?

      ... idea what was going on. She feels it is an infection too, and suggested just watching it a few more days. But tonight Elly seems almost back to normal even though the eye is not totally open. Suzie called and we talked about our upcoming trip to the San Juan’s on the ferry to Friday Harbor and then on her brothers boat to Stuart Island where he lives.
