Best ride EVER! What a day! Had a fantastic ride down the Great Ocean Road today. I've been so lucky with the weather. I came across a stretch where it had been raining, so the road was wet for about 5km, but that's the only moisture I've had to endure so far. I stopped off here and there at various lookout points as you will see from the pics. I stopped in at Apollo Bay for lunch. Very nice indeed! Apollo Bay was crazy busy 'cause it's a public holiday over here today ...

Andy could definitely live here. Off to Port Fairy, what a great place. Parked down by the river where there was an abundance of self catering and boutique accommodation and quite a few boats for sale (Andy ...

... to drive onto the wharf, and straight into the ferry to take us over to Queenscliff. The ferry leaves every hour and it was 2.45pm, so we were expecting to have to wait an hour for the next one, but we managed to time it perfectly and didn’t even have to park or line up to find out what we had to do, straight into the pay window and on the boat, we even got it cheaper with one adult free and the car trailer length somewhat shorter than it actually is. ...
