Day 41 - Bloody great eggs, bloody big hills
... Way just out of Kirk Yetholm where we will stay for the next two nights. The Pennine Way is the grand daddy of British long distance walking trails. It was the first to be established in the 1960's, is one of the longest at over 400 kms. and is considered to be the toughest. As of Sunday morning The Pennine Way will be our partner for the next month. And it is this great walk that Kate and John, Di Hill and John and Sarah will all come to walk parts of with us. ...
The Past Three Weeks....Full of Ups and Downs...
... had a lot of fun. Then Sunday I met up with my host family and we went to church, saw some pretty flowers, went back and just relaxed and helped with dinner before we went to the host family event at the palace. It was nice just to relax. Dinner was Amazing and I learned how to carve chickens. A GREAT end to the week...
... something from home that is what we all think in the palace. On Thursday, I and another student in the program Adam went to see Shout. It is a 60's themed musical. It was awesome and I had a lot of fun. The actors had a lot of fun doing the musical. You could tell they were having fun and they got us the audience involved with clapping and singing.
