... just about wore us out! But it was a great afternoon experience, and the weather was beautiful (around 80 degrees). Then drove on to our stopping spot for the night (London, KY), and had dinner at a local restaurant. We had some of the local fare...fried catfish, fried okra, sweet potato fries!! All delicious! A late finish at 7pm for Ken on the tote and we were on our way back to Lexington - a 4 hour journey in the dark. The motorway feeds right through the city of Cincinnati; lit up like a Christmas tree as we passed through and an inviting looking city. Another 'picture perfect day'.

... tennis bat and as it broke off the handle it knocked my hat off my head, hit me in the face and I fell into the six inches of water. For those of you worried about my safety, no cuts or bruises. Just a drenched hat and battered ego. South Carolina is famous for its farming, but given that we paid $7 for two tomatoes and a bag of potatoes it will be our last contribution to the South Carolina agricultural community.
