... me sweating and Seaman looking for shade. We found the large LC and Seaman statue at the waterfront park and nearby was the Lewis and Clark Boathouse and Nature Center. Normally the boathouse has replica's of the 3 boats that LC took up river from here but they are currently in Canada as part of an HBO miniseries being filmed about the LC adventure. ... manager and we were allowed the coupon rate. Yay!

We decided to find a place to continue our pool competition, so I Google it and find a place about 10 minutes down the road. I phone them to find out if they’ll be open, and the man says yes.

We get to the bar, and there are only 2 cars in front of the place. And the place looks very run down. Nonetheless, we go in.

... even if the rest of the city is a dump, and the ball game was quite an experience. I expected baseball to be a simple sport, but I was totally bewildered as to what was going on, even though the score was only 4, 4 to errr, somebody, I couldn't work it out. Again, I seemed to make friends with a couple to my right, who explained the rules, and ended up speaking to them for the best part of 2 hours. Worth every cent.

... we ended up crossing over the famous mississpi river. One thing is for certain, the river definately is wide! As well, me and Neen were pretty sure that whilst we were stuck in traffic on the bridge, we actually felt it move and shake which was a bit unnerving.
