... back up. It is seriously painful, not just cold fingers and toes painful - I think everyone suffers from that, this is severe, excruciating pain. A few years ago when Ryan and I went to Falls Creek, we had to come home early because of my Raynaud's - I couldn't handle the pain (if childbirth is actually worse as they say, I'm in trouble..'one day'). Anyway, my point is - of all the cold weather we have been exposed to so far, it was only when getting close to the falls ...

... you can see the British influence, even the country roads and villages look English at times!

The weather has been very changeable, two afternoons & evenings we had thunder showers & at points heavy rain. Can't complain though as Toronto & Hamilton had high winds & rain but Barrie had a tornado touch down!!

Needless to say we are loving our adventure, finding something new round ...

... we found a good but expensive park and walked over to the falls. We then made our way to the Maid of the Mist to get on a boat to go near them. Unfortunately we learnt that the Maid of the Mist services stopped on the Canadian side at the end of last year and the new company had not yet commenced operation. This was a bit disappointing and meant we had to make the drive back to the American side. Going back ...
