... one town ends and the next begins. To me, its not about wine. Its about vibe. The vibe will eventually change as the money, which is moving in quickly and steadily, begins to force the hippies out. As rents rise, the locals are displaced and soon, the metaphorical tofu will be much less plentiful. Thats a sad thought indeed.

... down on the Earth. We found a nice picnic table with an umbrella and at our lunch. The sandwiches were very nice and the wine complemented our meal superbly.

Feeling a bit tired yet ambitious we traveled south to Gundlach Bundschu for our last tasting of the day. Being a long time red wine fan, this was definitely more of our style. Their lineup of Zinfandels, Cabs, and Merlots was great. We liked them so much ...

... mind but an experience none the less....

The day then took us to sushi, a trip to att to get a sim card which turned into a bit of a business venture and then jaspers. i have to sadly admit that I felt like a stranger at Jaspers for a bit. I dont really know anyone anymore but we nicely saw some great old friends and it turned into a nice evening. Off to the river tomorrow! Good night and best wishes to everyone!
