Aveiro is a sweet little coastal town with great long white beaches for surfing and nice flat rivers for kiting. Jon got out kiting our first day there but unfortunately squeezed way too much Vaseline in his new bindings to really enjoy his ride. Next week we are renting a car to do some touring of Northern Portugal and are going to go into Porto for a couple of days to do some sightseeing. We'll be celebrating Caleb's 6th birthday next week Portugeuse style - whatever that means. Anyway, we best get going, our fans are going to wonder what happend to us!

On Thursday, April 2, I left Cincinnati on a Spring Festival visit to members in Portugal and the Portuguese islands. It's to happen. We missed our train to Porto so we are waiting for the next one wich is at 6.17. That meas we will have to take a taxi to get to airport before 8 not to loose the plane. Hope that we won't have more things like that... Anyway, we are ready, we are packed leaving in 20 min.

There are only two days left for our trip. It seems that for half of it I am going to travel alone as my french friend needs to come back to write an exam. We didn't found any accomodation in Frankurt and in Rome so we are going probably to stay in a hostel (still working on it). It's seems that we are lucky. Today we got a response from girl in Bratislava so still need just two places to stay. Hope we will find them as quick as this ones :) What is more I'm now trying to get some informations in the internet about places which we should see. We went back to the party and met up with some of the fraggles we had met at the BOOM party and also some of the production crew and staff who had been working over the festival and now had some time to play. ... in the night life. Sunday we woke up early with a million plans that got slightly altered as soon as we arrived back at our rental car. We discovered that someone decided to put their fist through our small passenger window and remove our stereo.
