We arrived in Canmore this afternoon at our very grand accommodation at the Platinum Suites, Grand Canadian Resort. We are at the foot of yet another Rocky Mountain, with spectacular scenery to wake up to tomorrow before we have a day trip to Banff and further explore Canmore. We could easily stay here for weeks!

... der Tour das waermere Zimmer ueberlassen hatten ist natuerlich folgendes passiert: die Tuer wurde geschlossen. Das kann im Reflex oder fuers Umziehen gerne einmal passieren. Wenn Moritz aber 3!! Mal aufsteht, um die Tuer wieder zu oeffnen, dann lief da irgendwas schief. War in jedem Fall lustig zu sehen, wie sich der sogenannten Lagerkoller am naechsten Tag in die Gemueter schlich.

... up. We had a great view of Lake Louise and the Lake Louise Hotel. There were mountains (some even had a little snow!) and glaciers. I love the way glaciers look sitting at the top of mountains and we could see three, and a lot of other beautiful scenery. And, the bears were still there on the way back down so we got to see them again too!

... we could all be together. We rushed through all the clearance and luggage drop offs and after a short wait, hopped onto the plane for an on-time departure and early arrival home!

Our wonderful Comet-sitter, Brian, picked us up from the airport and we were reunited with our sweet kitty by in no time at all.

So...all in all, another fantastic Oppenheimer Family Vacation. Don't know where we'll go next year, but chances are...it will be ...
