... country. It is cal Jim's Smokin' Que and I am going to say they had the best ribs we have ever eaten. Sorry Scott but it is true:)) They are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday and they were packed for lunch today. If you are ever in the Blairsville area make sure you go and get some ribs!!

Today we woke up to a gloriously sunny day...not a cloud in the sky and the temp was up to 76 which is very nice. Today we woke up around 8:00 and went downstairs for breakies around 9:00...we had Spiced apple pancakes, juice and coffee and then a very nice frittata with salad and goat cheese filling and little pork sausages.The day is sunny but with scattered cloud and it's only around 22.
