... We spent an entire day walking around the city, eating empanadas and ice cream, and taking full advantage of the long, hot summer days knowing that we’d soon be home where days are short and weather is wet.

Our 14-hour flight went smoothly, the shipping was relatively painless (easy to say now that it’s behind us), and we’re happy to be home among family and friends.

... Update-- the policia came to our hostel at 3am in the morning and kocked on our door to wake us up. They had a noise complaint from someone about our room yet we were both asleep?? Adel said she was slightly worried when she opened up the door and saw them there and had to try explain that there was no party in our room in limited spanish.... meanwhile dave slept through the whole thing in a full deep sleep slumber!!! haha
