... there was no one else around.. Haha. We didn't stay in there long and Sarah had forgotten to take her silver bracelet off which changed colour due to the sulphur hot water. Once we were back up and changed I walked off down the road to see if I could spot the bears while Sarah got changed. ... they did have really good gelato though and the village was quite flashy! It was definitely spring skiing season though, once you got down past the chairlifts the snow turned to absolute slush it was crazy! so different to what we have been used to but more like Nz conditions I guess.
At the end of the day we headed back to Golden for a lovely dinner and then back to Pano completely exhausted but happy with an amazng road trip and lots of good ...

... hours by myself without any customers.. On the plus side I have now gotten good at making pretty heart patterns in coffees!
The latest adventure has been a two day staff trip to Whitewater and Red Mt. Although an early start, many many hours in a bus and HEAPS of unhealthy food accompanied this trip, it was pretty much epic. The snow at these two mountains blew my mind! Tree runs and mogals were mastered as the fear of falling over ...

... Saw the whole of Vancouver from the viewing deck, walked around Stanely Park which was very pretty and had our first wildlife sighting in the form of a squirrel. Finished the day off at the aquarium. Very cool place - all of their animals were rescues.
