We awoke early this morning so we got up and got on the road by 6:45 am. We left under cloudy skies with a drizzly rain that turned heavy off and on for the first three hours. In an attempt to avoid as many tolls as possible, we traveled out I-70 to I-68 into West Virginia passing Sideling Hill and Cheat Lake along the way.
Once into Pennsylvania on I-79 we hopped off the interstate to take a look at the Hughes Bridge, a covered bridge built in 1889 on a side ...
... flew to Florida. Paul was sure he wouldn't like it but we were both pleasantly surprised with how much room there was, and how bright inside. We arrived Sunday, staying until the inspection Wed afternoon and the interview with the condo association ladies. It was pouring down rain and we were trudging through the cemetery in our ponchos. My flip flop kept ...
... dinner. We were both tired from the work week, so we called it an early night. That's a-okay with me since I'm getting up early and heading down to Nashville in the morning! We'll wake up, go buy some mace, stop at Tony Horton's (*Tim Horton's) and get some frozen coffee (soooooo yummy), and then I'll spend 6 hours plus pee breaks heading to Adam's place in Nashville.
That's about it for tonight. Now I need some beauty sleep! ...Or Netflix on the couch until I pass out ...
