    The other week I venture off on a 'spare of the moment' shopping adventure. Well actually, the purpose was to got to the IRS but that proved unsuccessful, so hence in my head I will claim it as a shopping trip.

    ... to add oil to the bike, which was surprising, but the gauge never showed low. A smaller container with 250 mL would be good for a trip like this for that bike.

  • The SPOT tracker thing was really nice to have. It was reassuring for me and kept everyone back home very happy. 3 weeks with 10 minute updates and 3-4 additional updates per day all ran on the same set of batteries.
