... for physical baggage inspection by the TSA. One bag was torn, souvenirs were ruined, make-up was left wide open. I don't mind the fact that the TSA needs to do these checks for our safety, but they should really take a little more care when searching. I was really upset to see my playbill from Phantom was bent and boxes were torn.
