Sioux City... Actually North Sioux City which is in South Dakota as opposed to Sioux City which is in Iowa and South Sioux City which is in Nebraska. We were in all threes states within ten minutes time. We went to the Sergeant Floyd River Boat and learned much about Sergeant Floyd the Lewis and Clark expedition. Craig heard there was a candy shop downtown so we had to go the Palmer's Old Tyme Candy Shoppe and buy a bag full!
More corn fields on the way to Beresford. We came around a curve and what did we see in a field... we don't know. But it was big with huge horns. As we were getting closer to where the campground should be we see nothing but corn. But then we see an oasis of trees on a hill. This was the campground. Beautiful trees and grass. We found a Geo cache and even played Mah Jongg. A relaxing day!
