I got the inquisition regarding my movements over the past 60 days (since the opening of the borders that came with the EU you no longer pass through checkpoints or get your passport stamped) and then the vehicle was searched. Good thing we forgot Supermarkets weren’t open on Sundays in France otherwise the car would have been filled with an illegal quantity of Bordeaux wines.

And so that was Portugal. A little on London to come.
