    As a foodie I have to say that if you believe that it's difficult to find good food in Ireland or UK it is a myth!  Complete rubbish:-)  Like anywhere else in Europe the food is great and in fact very diverse. I didn't do any special research to find restaurants it was all on the fly, and even in the smaller towns there was good food and many of my European favorites. With our itinerary we will be flying out of Cork to Glascow, and then taking a train one hour east to Edinburgh.
