    ... a newly paved road with a crosswind. Once we reaches S 158 we were battling a headwind for the next 25 1/2 miles. With this being only the second day of our tour we decided not to push ourselves to hard and opted for a motel 7 miles short of the bridge heading over to Kitty Hawk.
