    ... of turtles. They were so tragically slow that several big fish popped in and snatched away all the food-- right in front of the turtles' beaks! We had to literally drop the food to land/float RIGHT in front of the turtles' beaks! Otherwise, the turtles would sloooowly float around to try to get closer to the food, at which time a big, slimy fish would come and snatch it away! But I don't think the turtles in that lake are in danger by any means.  ...

    ... another kind of people, not like social pariahs as they are in places like Korea! My mom and I had lunch at a place called Three Li'l Pigs BBQ. A cash only joint. Other places around this area... Fat Daddy's Restaurant... Hot's Barber Shop... yeah, SO COUNTRY!! But you can't hate it! We had baby back ribs and sliced pork loins with cole slaw, toast, and beans.     ... backpacks and managed three layers to combat the frigid interior temperatures due to the howling air conditioning and lack of the normal daytime crowds of living souls to heat the place. Seems as if we both got about 45 minutes of sleep.

    ... was juicy and just as tasty as I thought it would be. The grilled cheeses added more softness and taste than regular buns. It was somewhat more cheesy of course but not overwhelmingly so.     After a red eye flight from Sao Paulo, Ana and I arrived to Atlanta, well rested and excited for our next city! We were so happy to be greeted by Chicka Elloy, our Global Programs Manager who manages the Management Associate Program that I am a part of, and Lindsey at the airport. We were also so happy to be welcomed with Skinny Vanilla Lattes from Starbucks!
