The kids swam, the grown-ups relaxed and chatted, the Dads played 'Monkey in the Middle' with the kids, we ate a picnic lunch......All in all a perfect way to bring our time together to a close. This was wrapped up nicely by stopping for a giant ice cream at the Weld General Store and we all sat on the front porch while we licked and gnawed our way through the afternoon treat. We then went back to the house and for our final dinner together we had margaritas, ...

A camp is like a New Zealand Bach and at this one there were several kayaks, a small sailboat, a small boat with an outboard motor and a floating dock several feet off shore. ... frosting. While the cake was cooling, we went down to join the rest of the crew at the beach and all had a quick swim and then returned home for a wonderful dinner of homemade pizza. Kids and grown-ups hung out and after the kids went to bed, we began our nightly ritual of playing board games. Tonight was Monopoly and it went down as one of the quickest games in history and before you knew it, Tim was victorious.
