We've had some tough days on the Divide: days riding into headwinds like the day up and over Middlewood Hill when we had to stop early; days through torrential rain and storms like the ride from Fernie to Eureka and Big Sandstone Creek to Routt National Forest; days when it's so muddy your drive chain jams repeatedly like Aspen Alley; days when the trail surface is painfully rutted and wash boarded but also covered in deep sand and gravel like the ...
Then spent a few days lazing under pines in the mountains. Now heading northwards towards Rocky Mountain NP. Spectacular scenery in this part of the country, but the mossies & flies are vicious... (you are so right Joyce!)
