Okay, today is June 15th and I am writing into the future - the trip starts on the 19th and will end on the 26th.
Here we go...counting the hours.

Hoda and I survived the Air Canada/Air Georgian, 18 seater 2 hour flight from Toronto to Providence...laughing was our constant release.

Arrived in Providence, RI, picked up our car - a Kia Soul - an upgrade from we had originally booked. When we were trying to pick up our economy car, the sales person at Alamo kept trying to convince us …

Before I talk to you about today, I am going to touch on yesterday, June 20th. I did not connect to the internet until yesterday and so my first entry was our anticipation of actually taking the trip (from home) and the 2nd, was on our arrival on the 19th. Woke up at the stroke of 6:00am, grabbed of couple of bananas from the B&B and headed to...you guessed it, Starbucks. We decided to start our day by the ocean. Took some great pictures and felt quite satisfied by the time we arrived at the workshop.

Hoda sits up in bed this morning and with excitement in her voice says: "Linda, it's 7:20am!!" and so I look across from my bed to hers and say, "yes, Hoda it is" and then she broke into a song...well partial, she started and then decided against it...we both laughed! Happy Birthday!
