The original campus in Hyde Park currently has three restaurants open to the public, restaurants whose lunch menus I studied closely online before deciding where to make a reservation. The themes of the four are American, Italian, French, and a world-fusion themed one named Gaia. I chose Bocuse, the French restaurant named after Paul Bocuse, the famous chef and restauranteur from Lyons.

We talked for a while and the girls entertained us, then off to bed with them and we broke out the dominos. Rich and Erica had never played before, so it was fun teaching them the game. We left around 11:00 to go back to the campground after a very busy day. No problem falling asleep tonight!
