This morning, the sun is warm. Dale and I went for a little walk in the neighborhood. It was a nice stroll and then, we went to read La Gloire de mon pere in the garden. ... reduce highway deaths by reducing speeding. I really think the name "speed limit" should be changed to "stop limit" as we all know we can drive faster than the posted limit safely. The issue is how fast can I stop should an obstacle or accident appear in front of me? Given the number of accidents, fatal and otherwise, not fast enough.
