We left Louisiana and headed towards Nashville where we have stayed before. Weather was decent but the weather all around us is calling for rain, hail, winds, etc., not the things you want to hear when pulling a big rig. The trip up from Louisiana to Tennessee was via the Natchez Trace Trail which is a no commercial vehicles allowed 444 mile parkway from Natchez Mississippi through the corner of Alabama and into Tennessee just south of Nashville, a ...

Wow, we fit it all in, hard to believe. We are en route at 8:10 and we are laughing our heads off as Carrie and I are crowbarred into the back seat. I was glad that my instructor came up with the idea for us to work the flight from Charlotte to Knoxville instead of us deadheading because if it wouldn't have worked out, I would have not passed and would have had to do a few more hours with someone else. We got to Knoxville about 9:30 pm and I was done, I got my ...

Menu Item: Ham & Hash brown Omelet

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...
