... It drizzled rain right through this 6km long gorge but the sky was clear when we exited the northern end! PM - Had lunch here in Skalni Mlyn, a scungy hot dog with mustard, not a good choice! A bit about these caves; the Punkva caves are an extension of the longest cave system in the Czech Republic whose corridors are over 30km long! We had reserved tickets for the tour at 10am and needed to arrive 40 mins early to pick up the tickets. We caught a train from Brno at 8.30 then a bus from Blansko to the ticket office. When we arrived there seemed to be a problem that they called ...

... to look after the kids for a couple of hours in Brno. Shortly after we met up with em and the kids, we bumped into a couple of her friends who were having lunch at a restaurant. So we all tagged along and then em left for her appointment. The kids had lunch, we played uno and then went for a big walk around the town and up to the big cathedral on the hill. It was a lot of fun, the kids have soooo much energy! Oskar and Erik are twins - 5 years old and Klara is 7. They are all ...
