We visited the Wawel Royal Castle in Krakow. We took in the cathedral and the royal tombs. Many of the most historic Polish figures are buried here. Then caught bus to Zakopane. Beautiful trip up the mountains looking at snow capped Carpathian Mountains in the distance. Ben lost Wom on the bus and we had a major crisis in tracking down the bus …

It was sitting on the leaves on the trees and the road was thick with it. There were horse drawn carts you could pay to give you a lift up there but they charged you 30 zloty each one way. When we got to the end it was really beautiful and worth the walk. The lake had started to freeze over and the mountains surrounding it were all snow capped! There was ...

Sightseeing in Amsterdam

... search of the I AMsterdam sign. It was quite wet and jason and I both saw two men slide. Out on their scooters as they were turning corners. It was our last night so we went to our fav "burger zaken" shop for dinner and then went for some drinks. I bought some little key rings for 1euro each as souvenirs and my awesome Holland clog slippers for 10 euro... Have been loving wearing this around on the colder ...
