I planned to stay in the large town of Brasov, but on the way I made a short stop in Sinaia. Sinaia was a beautiful town set in the outskirts of the Carpathians. Being mid-winter it was covered in a light dusting of snow, and ski lifts disappeared up the surrounding slopes.
