... in 1000 meters....he basically just wants to see a German rest area! Osborne has to shut down fast to make the exit....it was hilarious....but we all experienced the German rest area! Saw our first castle on the way to Rothenburg...near Aalen. Christie, sitting in the middle in back seat, keeps leaning over Steph to open the window and take pictures of the countryside and castle....Steph is car sick and slumped down in her seat with her eyes closed, but she does not complain about ...

... the forecast was the exact same for 3 of the next 4 days and after doing these roads I'd wanted to head north to Innsbruck and then Munich, but spending 4 days there in that kind of weather would've just been ridiculous with cooking and showering and it simply would've been a waste of time. And seeing Innsbruck soaked through to the core ditto, so headed to my current point in Munich.

It's a huge shame because I'd very much been looking forward to these ...

... across the road as the tram we needed pulled in just as we turned into the road. On the tram one of the Banter Club (who has an amazing knack of talking to anybody, regardless of where they are from) got talking to two Germans sat in front of us. As they were talking Lis & I spotted Ellen's mum & dad getting on further up the tram. They walked down to talk to us. We all got off at the next stop. The Whites headed off to their hotel
