A proper day off with nothing we have to do; neither of us could remember when that last happened. Strangely we got back into the swing of things very easily. An unhurried breakfast, eaten sitting down! (pity about the coffee) and then a gentle walk into town. More of a meander really, we were heading for the castle but first the tourist office and …

Then when we entered Austria it was raining and we passed through some great ...

Mark was amazed that we were sitting in an Italian restaurant, listening to opera music, with an English-speaking waiter in the Czech Republic. How global the world is becoming. They also had Budweiser, the original as they call it, from Budvar, on draft. Mark and Cheryl were so looking ...

... look better in the field in pink. Steve had vague memories of climbing on board the pink tank and is positive a photo is lurking in his attic of it so wanted another photo just to be sure. Rumours abounded that the pink tank had been relocated to the Military Museum. Rumours were subsequently proven wildly wrong when the Museum guys told him it had been once more removed to their other Military Museum about 25 kms out of town. Curses!
