    ... hammer day to get to everything else. Temps were in the mid to upper 80s most of the day. I did a good job staying hydrated via 3 long pulls from the CamelBak every 15 minutes. I used the Elixer stuff which seemed to keep my electrolytes balanced well. In comparison to when I did a similar trip in 2009 (CHM to West Hartford, CT) on the ST, today felt better even though the other trip was in the low 70s.
