Kangaroos on the 17th!
... good, the wind would pick up and we'd have even more leaves and twigs scattered around! Still the exercise kept us fit!
Once the golfers had finished playing in the evenings we'd take the dog for a walk around the part of the course which ran past the house, navigating our way passed some fairly big kangaroos who stood their ground and watched as we passed by.

... Kumarina was our bed roadside sleep stop for the night. Early start on Thursday morning and a wonderful drive to Toodyay, wild flowers, sinking sand and Emu galore amused us as we travelled the many kilometres south.
