The national beer of Cuba is Cristal (light) or Bucanero (dark). Cuban coffee is strong so many Americans instead order Cortado expresso with a bit of milk—Café Con Leche. Sugar substitutes such as Splenda or Equal don’t exist there due to the embargo. But, there is an abundance of real sugar because they produce it here.

... walking a few blocks late at night, this city has it's fair share of streets homeless . There were 24 hours services like CVS, ( got some supplies, for our cruise ) cafe although Macdonalds were close. Next day , it was our breakfast venue. We are pretty excited as we can see the port view from our hotel room. What a great preview as we saw right on early when our cruise ship arrived . Lights and all.. . . . . . ...
