... are going on a wonderful adventure starting in February. The food was very, very good. Unfortunately, although I did have my camera with us, no pictures were taken. I completely forgot. The guys had meatloaf and mac n cheese, Linda had a steak, and I had shrimp with fettuccine.

We enjoyed a nice walk back to the Marriott. The weather is behaving!

Until next time...

Here you can just relax with a drink and read a magazine, have a meal, do some work, or even get yourself a haircut or a spa treatment. We ate a superb breakfast, we had a glass of champagne and we relaxed and started getting really excited about our trip!

This is a huge difference from Australians who can get the same job without that piece of paper. Income inequality is also a major problem. The minimum wage in some states is as low as $7.25ph or $2.13ph for tipped employees. 1 in 6 or 49 million Americans suffer from hunger in ...

... the reef. We've been pretty spoilt with the marine life we've seen over the past seven months and this was no exception. Shoals of brightly coloured fish of varying sizes dart around the surface of the reef trying to avoid the attention of the angry looking Barracuda that prowl the open water. The larger and less bite-size reef fish graze lazily over the coral or doze in protective crevasses with only their little faces poking out. A few feet from the reef a sea grass bed ...
