... had showers and then wandered down the roads looking for restaurants to eat at for dinner. We ate at a brasserie 2 miles away, it was delicious and the waitress had a great sense of humour! XD We came home and jumped into bed and slept.. Ready to begin again the next day, I have to go! Later Gators! LJ ...

... champ. That is not an easy job for a couple in their 40's, and I know he is exhausted. He will be camping out here on Woodbine Avenue for the next 11 months, or so, being kept company, of course, by an enthusiastic Sandy and cool Stella. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and say hi to Red - he'd be glad for a visit.

... water gap to take a little break and snap some pics. Once all that was out of my system i got back onto 80 and crossed into PA, from there i took rte 33 to rte 78 and followed it until rte 78 turned into rte 81. in harrisburg, PA i switched over to rte 83 which i drove to my current location, a holiday inn. Hopefully i can spend the night in the van parked out in their parking lot without incident and then come in during the morning for a free breakfast. ...

Ahh - home, sweet, home. We flew back into BWI and we were on our way to the land of Amish buggies. We only had a few short days in my hometown, so we seriously packed in some quality time with all of my family members. Lunches with the grandparents, dinner at the cousin's, cookout at my sister's and lots of time with my nieces - it was all a whirlwind, but it was so needed. I am not too proud to admit that I get homesick when I am away from my family ...

Spending a couple months in the house that I grew up in (but haven't lived in since 1998) actually ended up being a lot of fun - and very busy! My initial plan was to spend some time writing and figuring out ways to earn some cash while wasting time in the states.
