He's been driving me insane with the constant sneezes, which he then proceeds to look at (in his hands) to see what he has sneezed up - gross. He'll kill me for saying that, but I have told him to use his hanky that he actually does have with him in his pocket. Anyway, I gave him some paracetamol then left again. ... before we ordered. You order the cooked meats you want by weight & the sides & bread & it is packed in front of you in a grease paper lined crate which you take with you to find yourself a table. The atmosphere is very loud & rowdy but extremely happy & friendly, like nothing I've seen at home in Australia. And the food itself of course is moist & tender with flavour to die for!! Think that's enough for one post, onto Vegas ...

Everything's bigger in Texas

A travel blog entry by tomgreen on Jul 08, 2013

It is true, everything IS bigger in Texas - mainly the travel times and the insect bites! I woke up with a bite on the top of my hand which had made the whole thing swell up! But wasn't too bad, and we had a lie in! Tour leader Liz then took us to the University of Texas for a free tour, which was incredible! They have so many awesome facilities included in the tuition fee, and we were taken round by a second ...
