On Sunday we drove to Villiersdorp to visit Ben's 87 year old Grandad and family. We had an amazingf fish soup and white fish for lunch. The best home cooked meal we'd had for a while.

We later went to Blue Peter for sundowners and saw the most amazing sunset! We then went to Ons Huisie and had fish and chips! ...

Bafana

... family along. One of them, a guy in his twenties called Bafana (meaning boy), starts puking as soon as we leave the harbor. The captains says "Bafana must go to the back of the boat and puke or everyone else will start to puke soon." It's nearly a prefect day for whale watching. Skies are blue and the sea is calm. Poor Bafana doesn't have much of a sea stomach. His family is laughing.

It was never the vision to spend more than a couple of nights in Hermanus, but with Mikes place (La Gratitude) being such a stunning setting, great jacuzzi and good company why should we want to leave...
