... those who don't know, as I didn't, Pipeline one of the competition locations for the World Surfing Championships. Apparently the waves are monsters in winter but were still out of our league in the summer! ... my calves and knees was lobster red (and sensitive) and my shoulder blades had a distinct mark from my tank top, a sharp line between pale and lobster red. Now I've been trying to sleep for about 5 hours, with sleep time being about 2. The back to the knees especially hurts making any position painful.
