We ended up moving to another reef with still no Dolphins in the area. It was a more colourful reef than the last, but not as many fish or as big as the first stop. However still a beautiful spot. The day is capped with a luau (including the pig wrapped in banana leaves and buried to cook all day in a natural smoker and a play production laden with spiritual metaphors. Brigham Young U is next door, providing a willing workforce. Some theology eked into the programming, if my spidey senses were on point.

    ... my moms house plants. At the last minute we decided to drive ~2 hr to the north shore to see the toilet bowl and big waves (1/2 way there we found out the toilet bowl ha been closed off due to too many people being sucked out to sea - you're lucky Shane) also it turns out that was on the south shore so whatever.     Finally, we got interviewed by the cruise director today for the cruise television channel. We also learned to dance the hula on stage during one of the shows. Jack was a little nervous, but I loved it.

    We hope you are well and surviving the cold weather (for our Canadian family and friends) We miss you a lot, and I look forward to hearing from you. I love reading your comments and emails. Talk to you soon.

The others ended up ordering sides- a taster plate, sliders without the slider buns and of course good old avocado dip (luckily with lime instead of lemon as no allergy to lime) and vegetable chips. Negotiation, patience and determination needed just to order a meal you can eat safely. But I must say my diet is definitely healthier on this trip, maybe I won't put on that holiday weight this ...
