After that, yes you guessed it, we went back to the beach for more sunbathing. This time we went down the other end where all the fancy hotels were and the water was more rough and not as clear. Anyway we stayed there until the sunset and what a beautiful sunset it was. We were such tourists wearing our flowers and lei's but we didn't even care. Maggie has been to Honolulu a few times before but I have not, so we decided that we would spend the day exploring the whole island rather than focusing on ...

... then drove us to the Punch Bowl which is the Pacific Military Cemetery. It was an awesome sight, but unfortunately he was not allowed to let us get out of the bus to take pic tires and walk around...more government regulations. So, he headed back to Honolulu giving us some history of the city and the island of Oahu! All in all, it was an amazing day! Only wish we could have spent more time at Pearl Harbor and been able to spend time at the Punch Bowl...maybe next ...
