    ... off the main street (walking only)that runs along the cliff face it soon turns into just "ordinary" living, but still nice. Spent a few hours in each of the main towns admiring the buildings and taking a “few” photos. No shopping but plenty of places to get rid of your money if one had wanted too.

    Both towns full of tourists. There were at least four cruise ships anchored each day just off Fira ...

    ... on his backside, popped back up and was at it again. Next Jeff’s foot slipped on some gravel and down he went. Thankfully, just down on his backside and some cuts on his hand – he even had blood – but not over the edge of the mountain.

    ... Santorini in all her glory. The rest of the day was overcast and quickly dark. After our meal the waters jolted and my stomach felt sick. From the dinner or the sea- who knows. Playing game after game of cards with Nic helped though, we got through several games of solitaire, bum boy, last card, fish, snap and poker before safely arriving in Piraeus at 11pm. From there it was a short walk to the hotel and bed. Hard to imagine our next big travel day will be the journey ...

    ... beating down on my face - to the beach ! Looking down at the water from my hostel I would assume that the beach was no more than a 30 minute walk away. Armed with bikini, camera, and sandals I began my walk down. Wellllllll about 45-60 minutes later, I made it.     ... flew by. Dessert of coconut ice cream on the way back to hotel - yep I love the coconut ice cream! So today is my last day here and it's been great to see. For me personally Mykonos has the edge just for the island being a bit less commercial in feel. Either way I am glad we are here now, would hate it in the height of the season.
