      The sunset was amazing and we loved loved loved it. As the sun neared the horizon we made a game plan. We decided if we left right then, we would beat the crowd out of town, and be out on the road at the edge of the island in time to see the final glimpse of the sun setting and still be able to get back to Fira before complete darkness.       ... to Ammoudi bay and swam in the clearest water among the cliffs. We also watched people jump off the cliffs but decided not to join them as they said it was a bit painful to hit the water. Surprisingly, we are ready to come back home. We have had a great trip but are pretty tired of the over-crowdedness of Santorini and having to be on guard for everything and anything.
