... in the state of Washington as we got our first parking ticket outside the library. It was totally our fault as we voted whether or not to pay the meter thinking we wouldn't be that long in the library. I'll give Cohen credit because he was absolutely opposed to us not paying for parking! We should have listened! We ended being in the library for a couple of hours and the ticket was for $44! Lesson learned!
