... 2014 four endangered species Kemp Ridley turtles were rescued in the cold beach & ocean in Boston. They were taken to South Carolina Aquarium Sea Turtle Rescue Program. The caretakers had their own names for them....Scabby, Holey, Squishy and Scales (named) for the injuries they had. After six months of rehabilitation they were released back to the ocean at Canaveral National Seashore and we were part of it.

Beautiful day to get Rhiannon scrubbed and polished. Sun is shining on boatyard and channel is sparkling. Lots of boats traveling south, hopefully we will catchup to them soon. Oriental school of sailing. Started class each morning with round table discussion on all points of sail. The rest of the day we sailed. Today, I started my sail with breaking halyard shackle & main came done on top of me. Ultimately, got man lift to pull out halyard and get sail up.
